By submitting a loan application or a request to be pre-qualified to us, you authorize us to access your personal credit profile. We may supply the information provided by you and your consumer credit report, on a confidential basis, to third parties, such as wholesale lenders and title companies, as it pertains to the qualifying, processing, and closing of your loan. Except when required or authorized by applicable state or federal law, including but not limited to 16 CFR 313.14 and 313.15, we will not otherwise use or disclose your confidential information. In particular, your personally identifiable information will not be provided to advertising companies or distribution lists unless otherwise requested by you.

          Your information is only shared with those FMC employees as require the information to perform their assigned tasks in connection with the processing of your loan application.

        

To others outside of FMC…

 

           we work with outside companies and service providers who assist us in processing and completing your loan application. These companies include, but are not necessarily limited to, such services as title companies, escrow companies, appraisers and insurance companies. In each case they are only provided with such information as is required for them to provide the products or perform the services they have been hired to provide or perform.

 

To others outside FMC...

 

we do not provide your information to any person or company outside of FMC unless they are providing a necessary product or service or we are required to do so by a federal or state law or by a subpoena or other court order issued by a court with proper jurisdiction.
